【猪蹄山药煲】猪蹄块清洗干净，山药去皮切段、葱切段，姜切块，蒜去皮保留整瓣。锅中放油，油热后下猪蹄用大火炒，炒到颜色变深，放入葱姜蒜，烹入料酒，两个干红辣椒，一小瓣大料，继续大火炒几分钟，再放几滴酱油，冰糖，添汤，大火烧开加盐慢炖。炖至猪蹄九成熟放山药，烧七八分钟点缀香菜。
